Storyline 360 Project | Intellect Controls

The first day of this four-day in-person, instructor-led training program is designed to introduce the participants to programmable controllers. The first day of the original instructor-led course was designed with quite a bit of content and very little interaction.  By working with the instructor/SME, we were able to create a pre-requisite eLearning module that saves the participants and their companies time and additional travel costs.

Questioning Model Infographic | Sales Talent Development Program

This live online virtual instructor-led program contains over 12 hours of content. To help participants focus on the main points, we created infographics and job aids that they could keep at their desks or take with them when meeting with perspective buyers.

This infographic summarizes the questioning model. This model is an effective model for asking questions which allows the sales person to discover the stakeholder‘s interest areas. A process of gathering information should be conversational and capture the information needed in order to present compelling solutions.

Virtual Instructor-Led Project | Virtual Train the Trainer Certificate Program

Live online (virtual instructor-led) training has become the global standard for developing dispersed workforces and extended enterprises. In this program, participants learn the skills required to deliver engaging and collaborative online training for their participants. 

 

This four-session program for developing Live Online trainers guides participants through a rigorous development process. First, overcome the challenges every virtual trainer must face to create effective learning experiences. Next, identify and practice the unique skills required of the online trainer. Lastly, design and deliver engaging virtual training by using a 3-Step Live Online Instructional Design process. 

Sales Talent Development Portal and Program | eLearning and Virtual Instructor-Led Series of Sales Courses

The Sales Talent Development portal was developed over three years. It is designed to support the development of new and existing sales managers, sales representatives and franchise owners. This series leads the franchise owner through the hiring, onboarding and sales development of new sales team members.

The graphics and descriptions at the bottom of the page take the user right to the specific page to register their employee for the desired training.

Virtual Instructor-Led Project | Personality Preferences Debrief Course

 

I am certified to debrief the Tilt365, OAD, and DiSC assessments. This virtual instructor-led course was built to allow certified trainers to debrief a live online public class.

This workshop helps participants understand their True Tilt Profile: Connection (the Cross Pollinator), Impact (the Change Catalyst), Structure (the Master Mind), and Clarity (the Quiet Genius). Knowing our style is the most important element to help us reach across barriers and connect with others. We need to identify our own strengths and blind spots in order to take control of our actions and feelings. We can then focus on understanding others and use effective approaches to build collaboration.
